Cancellations:  

1 .Deposit / pre-payments for reservations that are cancelled before the arrival date will be refunded at the expense of the operator.

2. In the event of a booking being cancelled on the day of arrival, any pre-payment or deposit held will be forfeited.

3. Should the guest “No Show”, the deposit or pre-payment will be forfeited.

4. All cancellations must be in writing.
