All rates are quoted per person in ZAR, inclusive of VAT at 14% and tourism levy.

Check in from 2pm. Check out by 11am. 

Reservations & Payment: All bookings must be confirmed in writing by email or fax. A deposit or full pre-payment is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, unless other arrangements have been made. When paying via bank transfer the reservation number is required as a reference. Rates are excluding bank fees. The booking will automatically be released if we do not receive payment by the specified due date.

Cancellation Policy

Individual reservations (3 rooms or less):

Deposits/pre-payments for reservations that are cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full at the expense of the operator. A booking being cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation fees equal to 1 night's accommodation per room. Cancellation on the day of arrival and no shows will incur full cancellation fees.

Group reservations (4 rooms or more):

Deposits/Pre-payments for reservations that are cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full at the expense of the operator. A booking being cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation fees equal to 1 night's accommodation per room. Cancellations on the day of arrival and no shows will be charged for in full.

Child Policy: Children under 2 years stay free of charge when accompanied by 2 adults. Costs for any meals or extras can be settled direct. Children between 2 and 12 years old, accompanied by 2 adults, will be charged 50% of the twin sharing rate.
